• Retainer Fee  Required: 50% at booking, balance due 30 days before the event

1. What is included in each package?

Each package includes the teepee tent setup with an air mattress, fitted sheet, blanket, decorative throw pillow (for styling), breakfast tray, fairy lights, and theme-coordinated decorative accents. The details vary by package level. See our package descriptions for specifics.

2. Is there a minimum number of tents required?

Yes, a minimum of 2 tents per booking is required.

​

3. Do I need to provide my own sleeping pillow?

For hygiene reasons, clients should provide their own standard sleeping pillow. If needed, you can add a fresh sleeping pillow with a brand-new pillowcase for $10 per guest.

4. How do I secure my booking?

A 50% retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event.

5. Are there any travel fees?

Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area. Please contact us for a specific quote if your event is outside Kent County, DE.

6. What is the setup and breakdown process?

Our team will arrive 1.5 to 3 hours before the event to set up the tents and decorations. We also handle the breakdown and removal of all items after the event.

7. Can I add extra amenities or decorations?

Absolutely! We offer optional add-ons such as balloon garlands, personalized sleep masks, and more. These can be added to any package for an additional fee.

8. What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Please refer to our cancellation policy at the time of booking. Typically, the retainer fee is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible to discuss available options.

9. How do I customize my party theme?

During your consultation, you can discuss your theme ideas. We’ll work with you to tailor the setup and include personalized decorative elements to match your vision.
